We are happy to provide the Friday Broadcast via email to members of the Red Hat Society. This includes Queens, Members with Purple Perks and General members whose names and email addresses appear on the chapter roster of a currently active registered Red Hat Society chapter. Enjoy with our compliments!
Be assured if you are not receiving your Friday Broadcast (email) there are Royal Courtiers running hither and yon, check circuits, spinning reels and generally running around like chickens on your behalf.
Please read this if you are not receiving the Friday Broadcast (email) and think you should be. These are the reasons, which could explain why:
- You are not in our system.

- It’s easy. You can register as a general member, or member with Purple Perks ($20 yearly for additional benefits and discounts) under your chapter. (You will need your chapter ID number from your Queen.) Please click here »
- We don’t have your correct email address.

Oh, I forgot I changed that silly thing!
- If you are a Queen or a Member with Purple Perks, login and update your email address under View/Modify Your Profile in that little lavender box that you’ll see after you login.
- If you are a General member, contact Member Services at 866-386-2850 (toll free in U.S.) or 714-738-0001, or by email at memberservices@redhatsociety.com and we will be happy to update your record for you.

We have your correct email but you still don’t see it.
- Aren’t computers grand? Your computer may not be accepting our new email address of RedHatNews@Hatquarters.com Please add this address to your address book and always allowed senders list.
- First check your junk mail folder, most likely you will find the Friday Broadcast there. Oh, how sad! Click on it and change the setting to accept as a non-junk email address.
- Make sure that your email program is configured to read HTML messages as well as download images in email.
- You also need to ensure that your email program, firewall, or other security features are not blocking emails that contain HTML messages, images, or links. You may need to contact your computer Tech Support for help.
